Dental Implants for ‘$150’ Consultation Terms & Conditions

1. You must be 18 years old or older at the time of redeeming the offer. Should you not be eligible for redeeming this offer, KR Dental will provide details of standard rates for consultation for your consideration in advance of your appointment.

2. $150 (inclusive of GST) set price consultation is limited to 30 minutes. You can claim one $150 (inclusive of GST) set price consultation for Dental Implants treatment. You must mention this offer before your appointment or at reception to redeem the offer. Our dentist will advise you if further consultations are required (and standard rates for such consultations).

3. During the consultation, our dentist will generally:
(i) discuss your goals;
(ii) provide information about what Dental Implants treatment can do;
(iii) evaluate your teeth condition to consider whether Dental Implants treatment may be suitable for you; and
(iv) if the treatment is deemed to be suitable for you, discuss payment options and provide you with a quote containing an estimated cost for the treatment.

4. You will be required to fill out a medical history form when you attend KR Dental (and prior to your consultation) to assist the KR Dental dentist’s evaluation. There is no obligation for you to proceed with Dental Implants treatment following the consultation.

5. If you have private health insurance, it is your responsibility to check with your health fund which portion, if any, of your fee is covered. While our practices accept all major health funds, not all health funds offer the same level of benefits and your level of cover will affect your “out-of-pocket” costs. In addition, many of our practices are classified as preferred providers for selected health funds. This allows our patients to gain access to additional exclusive benefits, depending on their health fund and level of health cover.

6. The $150 (inclusive of GST) set price consultation does not check for tooth decay, gum disease or other potential dental concerns. It is only intended to assess whether you may be a suitable candidate for dental implants.

If our dentist considers you to be suitable, depending on your existing teeth conditions, you may be required to have a check-up, clean and x-rays before starting Dental Implants treatment. If that is the case, our dentist will provide you with KR Dental standard rates for such treatments.

7. While we will undertake our best endeavours to support you to achieve your desired results, individual responses and individual results vary. Outcomes experienced by one person do not necessarily reflect the outcomes that other people may experience, as results may vary due to many factors, including the individual’s genetics, diet and exercise.

8. Dental Implants is not available for purchase by the general public. It will only be offered following the consultation set out in this set of T&Cs.

9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
